At Jhumkewali, we take pride in delivering high-quality jewellery pieces. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

No Return Policy
We do not accept returns once the product is sold.

Exchange Policy (Only in Case of Damage)
We offer exchange only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • An unboxing video is mandatory (video should clearly show the sealed package being opened)
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Important Guidelines:

  • Exchange requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted
  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered damage

Exchange Process:

  • Once approved, we will provide a replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
  • If the product is unavailable, we will offer a store credit

No Refund Policy
